Information you give us
When you complete a quote request, contact form or enquiry on this site, we collect the information you enter. That normally includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, including country code
- Your company or organisation, where you provide it
- Details of the event you are enquiring about — dates, location, venue, guest numbers, product interest and budget range
- Anything else you choose to write in a free-text message field
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any work you go on to book with us. Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the page or search that referred you.
We use this information to keep the site secure and working properly, and to understand which pages are useful. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

- With subcontractors, venues or production partners, where doing so is necessary to deliver an event you have booked with us

International transfers
Absolute Hollywood has delivered projects in more than thirty countries. We are based in the United States, and information you send us is stored and processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where an enquiry concerns an event in another country, information necessary to deliver that event may be shared with partners in that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and afterwards for a period consistent with our legal, accounting and insurance obligations. Technical site logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop or limit how we use it
- Stop using it for direct marketing
If you are in California, you have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you enquire with us, we may contact you about your enquiry and about related services. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us at any time to stop.
Children
This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and our forms are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
