The Marvel Experience deployed seven interconnected Absolute Hollywood projection domes as a single touring campus — the largest multi-dome touring activation ever produced. The SHIELD-branded complex combined Celestial-class projection domes for the primary immersive fulldome show with StratoSphere and Galactic projection domes for adjacent activation zones, all linked by custom connector corridors.
Absolute Hollywood designed, fabricated, installed, maintained, and operated all dome structures throughout the tour, and managed dome strike and packing between cities. To promote Athens as a world-class tourism destination, the Government of Greece commissioned Absolute Hollywood to deploy two StratoSphere projection domes on a six-city international tour spanning Europe and North America simultaneously. The tour visited Athens, London, Paris, Berlin, New York, and Chicago.
The operational achievement was extraordinary: while one StratoSphere ran its Thursday through Saturday schedule in Berlin, the second ran the same schedule in New York — 4,000 miles (6,400 km) apart — without missing a single performance. The two-continent simultaneous operation demonstrated a logistics and production capability unmatched in the industry.
